Every year, in Western Pomerania, there is a growing number of tourists not only from the country, but also from abroad, there are new, huge investments in hotel facilities. At the same time, the expectations of consumers are growing, as well as higher and higher standard of hotel services, comprehensive tourist services and the quality of services provided. Numerous operating hotels and tourist market entities located in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship offer employment to qualified staff in the field of tourism and hotel industry. In the coming years, the hotel and tourism industry in our region will increase the demand for employees from the industry, due to the huge investment activities undertaken in newly emerging hotel facilities. Studies in this specialization are therefore addressed to people who want to qualify for work in hotels and tourism enterprises.
