Study direction description

The studies are dedicated to people interested in labor law and personnel issues, both already employed in positions related to HR or payroll services for companies, offices or other institutions, as well as candidates for such positions who want to specialize in this field. The aim of the studies is to provide the necessary and reliable knowledge, in particular in the field of labor law, legal forms of employment, work organization, payroll issues, personnel documentation, as well as taxes and social insurance relating to the sphere of employment. Employees working in HR and payroll positions will benefit from these studies in their professional development and will be a response to the increasingly higher requirements and expectations set by employers. In turn, they will prepare candidates for a new role in the professional sphere and to take on challenges corresponding to their interests with greater certainty. These studies are intended for graduates of higher education (BA or MA) in any field of study.
