The distribution centre of a large Polish grocery chain in Sieradz will employ a foreman.

Type of contract

Contract of mandate.

Responsibilities

• management of the picking department (support of employees, creation of work schedules, determination of the potential of employees, management of the optimum division of duties, etc.);

• training of warehouse staff;
• coordination of the work of subordinate departments and warehouse specialists (support in communication).

Requirements

• experience in a managerial position in the warehouse department (at least 6 months);
• knowledge of Russian - a necessary requirement;
• honesty, accuracy, independence;
• readiness to work shifts.

Schedule

Work in 3 shifts, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Work from Monday to Saturday. Saturdays only shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For trading Sundays, only Saturday shift from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Overtime possible.

Remuneration

Hourly rate: PLN 23 net. Monthly salary: PLN 3864 - 5060 net.

Accommodation

Accommodation is free of charge or there is a possibility of a surcharge of PLN 600 per month for those who rent accommodation on their own.
