This specialization is intended to prepare you for… further studies. Translation, both oral and written, unfortunately requires a larger, several-year (but how profitable!) Investment. This is the opinion not only of lecturers and researchers, but also of your older colleagues, translation graduates.

Why is it like this? First of all, because you need to get to know yourself: check what predispositions you have, and these predispositions often escape our subjective assessment. Secondly, before you decide whether you prefer to translate written or oral, specialized or artistic, audiovisual or computer texts, you should try everything. Our undergraduate studies give you this opportunity. Only after recognizing oneself and the translation services market will it be time to develop specific competences.
